What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When you reach out, we will ask a few questions about your property. Within 12-24 hours, you'll receive a CMA + Net Profit documents with a custom listing presentation video to view at your leisure. From there, we have a phone call to discuss any questions/concerns and sign the listing agreement via DocuSign. From signature to listing, we can have your home active on market within 72 hours!
