Services to buyers are always free! For sellers, our commission is the only charge, all advertising is included.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with an informal consultation to ascertain the clients wants and needs. I do not believe in an "hard sell" policy and we only focus on what we can do for a client; not how badly our competitors supposedly do.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have eight years of experience in real estate; twelve in property management. I have a real estate brokerage which own and operate as well as a community and property management firm.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was a natural progression from property management. I just felt we could do a more thorough and diligent job in educating prospective buyers of investment properties on the intricacies of vacation rental and property management.

First time home buyers, investors, second home owners and companies that restore and flip properties.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Listen to the person, not the gimmick. Too often promises are made with little to back them up and furthermore many agents are not willing to invest a penny into themselves or the product they advertise. We not only negotiate vigorously but we stand by our product and have invested significantly in resources to promote your property. For buyers, we will always go above and beyond to meet your needs.
