My service is competitively priced, the fees are paid only if you buy/sell or rent your dream property successfully, hence I will be with you all the way in and beyond the transaction and your friend (if you desire of course).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My initial goal is to figure out what are you looking for and if there are options to fulfill you dream and desires. I will guide you through the process and help you not to make any mistakes on the way. Check my reviews and track record, I go as far as needed and a bit more every time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I bought my first property in 2008 in Homestead, FL (a year into the financial crisis, if you remember) and then realized that I made quite a few mistakes, including the way the realtor treated me. So, I decided to learn the trade to avoid such situation from ever happening again. Now I know quite a bit and still keep learning and my goal is to help my clients to get what they want and avoid any mishaps on the way or bad feelings after the transaction to be closed. It can be done and I have done this many times before. Please check my reviews.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Oh. The latest deal was quite a spectacle. My favorite clients asked me to find a condo in particular building in the middle of the park in Hollywood. One "small" problem, actually, two. There are no units available and all recent sales were off market and done without any exposure. Would you like to see other buildings ? Client: No, thank you. We want this building. Me: Ok. What I have done: -Contacted every owner in the building -Contacted Management Company -Contacted every realtor who was involved in the selling units at the building I have asked to let me know if someone will hear something. I did repeat the same process four (4) times. It took about 8 months, but eventually a local contact (and now good friend of mine) told me that there is a unit for sale sign on the announcement board. I got to the Seller within 24 hours, got the place under contract in 48 hours. We have closed 2 months after, because it was a complicated deal, but it all worked out well at the end. Buyers (my clients) are happy to get their dream home and getting ready to renovate the same.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You need to be careful with frame vs cbs, sewer vs septic, county water vs well water and schools area selection (if relevant) and flood/evacuation zones.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Basic requirements: -type of property you are looking for -number of bedrooms/bathrooms, any other parameters (schools, beach, waterfront, etc) -budget -bank/mortgage pre-approval letter with amount (or cash)
