Introduction

Chase and Troy are the top-producing agents and Team Owners on a Top 1% team in Pinellas County. Both Sellers and Buyers always work with Troy and Chase directly. For Buyers, my services are 100% FREE! For Sellers, comission are always negotiable and competitive! Chase and Troy answertheir phone 7 days a week and are always available to show properties and answer questions. See Thumbtack reviews from Chase's past clients. The two most rewarding parts of my job are helping people grow and accumulate wealth through real estate appreciation, passive income streams, and capital gains. I also enjoy guiding home buyers through the process of purchasing a home or investment property.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Seller's commissions are always negotiable. I do not charge a "set fee". Buyer's agent services are 100% free to the buyers. Sellers pay all real estate commissions in the state of Florida.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to meet sellers at the subject property we will be listing and buyers at my office for a consultation (both of which of course are complimentary). I'm able to quickly assess market value of homes for sale because of my extensive background and local knowledge of the markets. I attend almost 100 home inspections per year so I also have insights that can help determine what a home inspector will be finding and what buyers may object to before it happens.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Extensive knowledge of vacation rental market and investment properties 4 year degree in Business and Spanish language 2 year degree in Counseling Owner/Operator of several rental properties Father has been a real estate agent for 23 years Grandfather was a general contractor and real estate agent Multi generational business

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
It's a family business! My father started in real estate in 1987 and is now the team leader. My mother took over daily operations last year and runs a $40M, top-producing team at Keller Williams. My wife, Natasha, is a transaction coordinator for over 10 teams and handles about 30 transactions per month

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Investors, first time home buyers, vacation rental owners and management companies, property managers, corporate acquisition teams.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I have assisted a few buyers recently in flipping a vacation rental and turning into a money-making machine! Updating and upgrading your property (and adding value to a potential vacation renter) can have a significant impact on the rental revenue

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Hire someone who works full-time. If not me, MAKE SURE you hire someone who is a LOCAL expert and has enough transactions under their belt to be able to anticipate problems before they occur.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
If an agent is so easily willing to give up their own commission (as many terrible negotiators do), how well do you think they will negotiate the terms and sale price of your home?
