Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
There is NO CHARGE to meet with me and discuss how I represent you. I am happy to provide an in person buyer consultation and prelisting appointment at your convenience. Feel free to meet me to discuss at any time!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Selling and buying homes is a very personal business. Asking questions and getting great information is the first step in having a successful relationship. I am very easy to work with ; accessible and can communicate with you in the best way for you...email/text/phone/duo/facetime etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
My business background and education is invaluable when it comes to negotiating deals. I am a Broker/Owner of our Real Estate Company and am motivated to work in your best interest. I am an E-Pro (social media expert), MRP (Military Relocation), LCAM (Community Association Manager), PSA (Pricing Strategist) and also a mobile notary. I also have recently received my ASP Designation (Accredited Staging Professional).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I began in property management and by default got into residential real estate. I began selling and buying homes for friends and family and found that I loved doing it! That morphed into a full time, flat out career move and I love every moment of it!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with everyone from all walks of life and stages of life. From the first time buyer, to the overseas investor, to the downsizing families, professional couples and everyone in between. I have worked extensively with people from out of state and country and have sold several homes via video ...sight unseen.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I have two actually at polar opposite ends of the spectrum. I recently sold a home in less than 12 hours, with multiple offers and at asking price. The property needed some work so I was able to coordinate the cleaning, repairs, painting photography and the like for the Seller. He lives in CALIFORNIA! He is thrilled! I have also worked with a young couple on their very first home purchase. After looking at many homes, having many phone calls, test messages and emails...after 6 months we found them the perfect home! They moved in 2 weeks before having their first baby! So exciting!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Trusting your Real Estate Professional to help list or buy a home is key! Everyone has a neighbor or friend who does this for a living...but it doesn't mean that they are the best person to represent you. Ask questions, meet them and make sure that you feel 100 percent comfortable in their abilities and that they will do a great job in representing YOUR best interests!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What is my time frame to by or sell? What will I do if my home sells quickly? If I am financing a home, do I have a qualification in place? (not a preapproval letter...that is very different). Do I like the way my Realtor presents themselves and their listings? Do they have a pleasing personality? (Trust me that is important under stress!) Would you mind being stuck in a room with them for 3 hours? (That happens too when in a veerrryyy long closing!)
