I am a real estate agent within the entire Tampa Bay area. I specialize in residential, relocation , foreclosures, and commercial as well. Your home is the biggest and greatest investment you will make for this reason. I believe that it's very important to choose an agent you're comfortable with and one who will guide you throughout the whole process. I pride myself on being just that my clients' needs and wants are always put first, and I will do everything I can to make this a great experience for you. I don't just want to sell you a home. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with new clients I feel it's best to spend as much time as needed to really understand what will make them truly happy whether it's buying or listing their home. To explain how the process works and how myself I can help them with a stress-free transaction . I am dedicated to treating every one of my clients exceptionally well. I strive to make this a great buying or selling experience and go above and beyond for you and your family .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have about 3 1/2 years of work training behind me including that I am a BOLD graduate , I am on a team where we are featured as on of the top 100 listing agents by total units sold in South Pinellas County December 2016 .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

For years I was in the service industry doing hair so naturally talking and customer service was my happy place . I have always had an interest in flipping houses and completed my first one a few years ago which really pushed me further into Real Estate where I truly found my passion . I remember my clients from the salon 3 of them particularly who were in the industry always telling me how wonderful of an agent I would be and that I should consider getting my license . I appreciate them for the little push as I wouldn't be here living out the most rewarding career path . Real Estate has really taught me a lot and pushes me to be a better agent each and every day . It is what I eat, sleep , breathe and love =)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say that experience does matter in this industry as well as thorough communication and hiring someone with patience is key. This process can be frustrating at times and I know for my past clients they really appreciated me being very accessible and compassionate towards them .
