Fees are pretty standard in our real estate world for purchase, sale or rental. My fees are no different.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ask lots of questions regarding their goals, present a plan of action to get job done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a full time working realtor for 13 years. I am a 5 star documented realtor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Left advertising and started in real estate. Advertising is a great background for real estate great negotiating skills and excellent marketing ideas. I think outside the box.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers sellers, buyers and renters.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

If priced right a project should sell quickly. I like quick turn arounds. Just received an accepted contract on a house in 14 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure that they are ethical, and experienced and will give you a stress free environment, until your transaction is finalized.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A realtor should only be hired if you feel that you can communicate well with them. Some realtors are listers only, and once they get a signed contract you may only hear from someone in their office and never see them again. Be sure that the realtor you hire will do the very best for you and be available for you.
