Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Listing and Selling with us will save you time and money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I typically have a short phone call to understand the Seller's concerns and timeline. Sometimes Clients like to send photos or a video. This can help to show me what the space consists of before even meeting at the property. Once I visit the home I follow up with a marketing plan and if all looks good, we sign the listing Agreement, and get started!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
- Licensed Real Estate Broker - Member of National Association of Realtors - Member of RAPB, Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches I attained my education for Home Staging and Redesign with CSP- Certified Staging Professionals, training with instructor Nairn Freeman of Manhattan NY, a premier Stager of HGTV.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
When I first obtained my Real Estate license, I was primarily working with Buyers. Many of them had been on their search for a lengthy period of time and I came to find that every time they didn't want a home which checked all the boxes (location, size, price range) it was because of the aesthetics. It was disheartening to see homeowners not be able to sell market value and for Buyers to not see the potential of the homes they were looking at. I knew I could close this gap. At a young age I had a gift for balancing spaces and improving how they felt. I took the next steps to improve my skillset and soon after I started a Home Staging company, staging for Sellers, Agents and Builders.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Single family homes, high-rise condos, inherited estates, homes from circa 1980's, investors, homeowners doing their own flips, new construction, remodels, primary home, second home, 1031 exchange, first time home buyer, listings that didn't sell on market the first time...

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
What could mean $40,000 in seller profit is a mere $1,200 (3%) in commission to an Agent. earning a Seller top dollar is not always a financial incentive to an Agent. Therefore a 'List it, and leave it' approach is common because the Agent knows they’ll be paid regardless of the time it takes to sell or the sale price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Most Brokerages are apples to apples when it comes to online presence, so ask what the marketing plan is and how they plan to negotiate top dollar on your behalf.
