What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We prefer to meet our new clients for a 15-min conversation in person or online.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed Real Estate BROKER in Florida. Certified Commercial Real Estate Professionals. 50+ Trainings on related topics (real estate law, transaction management, working with investors, etc).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Prior to real estate, Arturo held top positions in client and sales management. Masha developed herself in financial management and commercial banking sector.

What types of customers have you worked with?

With background in luxury real estate in Miami Beach we primarily work with condos, houses and new developments starting at $500,000. We have worked with investors looking for income properties as well as luxury residential mansions for up to $5.5 million.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Earlier this year, we set up a virtual open house event for a $3.9 million listing, a rooftop penthouse in Gran Paraiso (Edgewater, Miami). It was exciting to be one of the first real estate agents to not only find solution on coping with COVID-19 restrictions but taking a step forward by inviting best Miami DJs and setting up a live stream event in collaboration with Racket Wynwood.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The agent you pick is the one who will be representing YOU and your property if you are a seller. The right seller’s agent will add to your house/apartment worth. Inappropriate presentation on the other hand may make potential buyers change their mind about the purchase. Make sure your agent is there for you and pursue the same goals. We personally take care of our listings and become trusted partners and single point of contact to our clients.
