Our pricing is based around what your needs are!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We evaluate what the needs are for each individual. Once we determine what our clients need we tailor our services to fit there needs and long term goals for their property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has over 20+ years of brokerage experience in the state of Georgia along with 15+ years in the financial industry making investment real estate work for their owners!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started in this as a firm that did a lot of tax planning with real estate investments. Too often we would come across people that had made a decision with their investment that cost them financially. We wanted to stop that from happening in the future and opened a firm that not only specialized in the management of property but, also the financial implications of those investments.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From first time home buyers that have had to move unexpectedly to international investors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a client that had a property that wasn't working well for them and we educated them on doing a 1031 exchange on the property. We were able to find them a property that would perform better and avoid any costly tax implications!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they understand what your long term goals are!
