My services are free to homebuyers. My services to listing clients are standard for the state. Yet I provide a lot of extras for both listers and buyers

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start with a phone consultation or a video conference so that we could meet and greet and find out how I can help serve you and your family and their real estate dreams

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a licensed real estate agent and a member of the national Association of realtors. I maintain my continuing education every year

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I decided to become a licensed realtor after years of loving to going to tour model homes and looking for a home for myself. I wanted to provide my clients with services that were missing during my transaction. I absolutely love real estate

What types of customers have you worked with?

First time, homebuyers, relocation investors, people moving up and empty-nesters

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love helping all of my buyers and all my sellers of homes ! Whether it’s first time homebuyers a first time home sellers I love to help. And for my listing clients I can even help stage your home and help you find your new home

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you find out if your realtor is a hands on agent or just a name front. I actually work closely with all of my buyers and sellers. Unlike other names in the business where you never actually talk to that agent

How much experience does the realtor have? Is it a realtor or is an agent? What extras does the realtor provide to their clients? Is the realtor a full-time realtor or part time?
