How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this work as a way to help people achieve their goals in real estate. Buyers needed agents with patience who could understand how to help them. Sellers needed research and data so they could make the best decisions and Landlords needed responsive property managers. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently helped one of my owners transition her property between tenants and was able to hold the costs down under her budget. It involved installing new flooring, painting and some exterior damage from a storm. The owner was very pleased. After the renovation, we had a qualified tenant ready to move in.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for licensed professionals who know what they're doing and who value quality customer service.
