What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First and foremost, we want to get to know you, the customer. We also want to have a complete understanding of your goals, concerns, and hot button issues. Let us put you at ease with our full-service platform and dedicated staff.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 23 years of professional experience overall. After starting my career in public accounting with KPMG, over the last 20 years I have worked for global, national, and local real estate firms here in Atlanta, including CBRE, HFF/JLL, Voya Investment Management, KBS Realty Advisors, and TriMont Real Estate Advisors. I have broad experience in accounting, finance, asset management, acquisitions, capital markets, and business development.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After a long career in Corporate America, I decided it was time to go into business for myself and serve my community by providing investment management services to clients who are passionate about their real estate investments.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds! Throughout my career, I have served clients across the country, large and small. My favorite relationships were always those small to medium-sized companies who were proud of their real estate investments that they worked hard to acquire or build and then maintain for the longterm.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm always excited to demonstrate that our marketing efforts typically result in exceeding our clients expectations in terms of timing and price.
