Don’t want to lock into a long term relationship? We know commitment is scary. Our management agreement works on a monthly basis, and you can cancel at any time without penalty with a 30 day notice. We believe we must work to earn your business every month, and we can’t wait to show you how well we treat your property!

During our onboarding process we work to understand your needs. We do a thorough evaluation of your property, looking for anything that may be an issue. If the property is vacant, we quickly work to get your property on the market to find you the best tenant.

I hold my Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license. I'm also a member of REALTOR and NARPM to demonstrate our commitment to providing quality service. I also hold my Project Manager Professional certification.

Using my experience in Project Management and leading a large community Home Owner's Association I found a fit helping other homeowners and investors in managing their properties.

Does your company have licensed real estate agents and is your company a registered firm? - We only have licensed real estate agents as Property Managers and PMI Mountain Gateway is registered as a Firm with the State of Georgia Real Estate Commission. In the state of Georgia, being an unlicensed Property Manager is illegal. Only a very few situations can someone be unlicensed. How does your company review your tenants? - We conduct full screenings of every applicant including credit, criminal, and reference checks. We complete pet screenings for any pets the tenant plans on having on the property. What relationship does your company have with vendors? - We ensure that our vendors are insured and licensed if required. We offer 24/7/365 hotline for any emergencies at your property. How does your company maximize profitability? - We offer you a FREE rent analysis just for talking to us. No commitment required. How do you protect my property? - We required quarterly inspections of your property. We send every tenant replacement air filters to ensure your HVAC system continues to perform at its best (at NO COST to you). We conduct a 137 point inspection at every tenant change to ensure nothing goes unnoticed. We also offer a resident liability package for added protection. How are you going to advertise my property? - We don't just put it on our website. We use our partnerships with all the top rental websites to ensure your property gets maximum exposure. As a member of GA MLS, we have the ability to also post your home on MLS, exposing it to even greater numbers.
