I work with all clients to ensure their goals are met when it comes to final price on a real estate transaction. Every transaction is different. Lets chat about your goals and lets see what we can come up with!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start with a call to discuss your needs/expectations when it comes to real estate, and then we can go from there!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was the Director of Operations of a telecommunications company for many years. I bring that experience of management, negotiation, finances, strategic planning, follow-through, execution, time management, communication and professionalism to the table.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always loved real estate, and wanted to pursue this career. We moved a lot for my husbands career, and finally settled down in beautiful West Georgia, where I was finally able to go into real estate.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of backgrounds and situations when it comes to clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend interviewing a few realtors. You will be working with this person for months, so you want to make sure you click personality and communication wise. It will make all the difference in your buying or selling experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have you gotten pre-approved? Do you need a list of local lenders? This is always a GREAT idea before you start your home search. You need to feel confident in your budget before you start your search.
