What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Hometown Hero's Advantage Sellers can deduct 20% of my commission to me. Buyers will receive 20% of my commission paid towards their closing costs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

23+ industry experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started as an assistant to a top producing agent. After a year of learning from the best, I decided to get my real estate license. I am also a 3rd generation REALTOR.

What types of customers have you worked with?

When it comes to clients, there are no 2 alike. Every transaction is a learning experience still to this day.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm writing my own cookbook. Still in progress.

Check with past clients. Referrals are the best!
