What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When buying with us, we'll give you a cash credit back that you can use toward your closing costs (down payment, home inspection, appraisal, etc.). When selling with us, we offer listing plans as low as 1.5%. Our goal is to provide you with several options so you can pick what's best for you. One thing is certain, though, we provide 100% customer service with all of our plans.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new client, it's important to have a consultation prior to moving forward, just to ensure that we are the right fit for you, and you are the right fit for us. If you're a seller, we'll schedule an interior walk-through of the home you'd like to sell. This will allow us to discuss the value of your home, the value of the services we offer, and other strategic ideas to make sure you get the most equity out of the sale of your home. If you're a buyer, I'd love to sit down and buy you a coffee, and discuss your situation, what you're looking for, and how we can successfully find you the perfect home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My career in real estate began as an investor. I started off buying, rehabbing, and selling homes (I still do). I decided to get my broker's license so I could sell the homes my partner and I were rehabbing. After working with my very first client outside of the investing, I was hooked. The service and value I was able to provide that client, and the appreciation and satisfaction they felt, really inspired me. I've been a people-person my whole life. I have a background in the service industry and truly enjoy working with and helping others. Before I got into real estate, I was never extremely interested in houses, but it was my passion for helping others that facilitated my passion for real estate. I soon realized that real estate is just as much a people business, as it is a business about homes, and from that point I knew I had a career in helping other buy and sell real estate.

We have extensive experience in all aspects of real estate. We represent every type of client: home sellers, home buyers, real estate investors, luxury real estate sellers & and buyers, first-time home buyers, relocation, those affected by divorce, estate sales, veterans, et al.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have set several price records recently (which isn't uncommon for us). We were able to obtain multiple offers for one of our sellers and after some negotiating, they were ready to accept an offer from the buyer. Most agents would just agree and get the house under contract but I was honest with my clients and said, "I think we can get more. Based on my discussions with the agent, I think the buyer has a little more room." Being aligned with my client and having them trust me, we countered the offer and were able to get even more for the house. There's no better feeling that helping my sellers get as much as possible for their homes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a highly qualified real estate agent, make sure they have the following: * Qualifications. Not all real estate agents are Realtors, so make sure your agent is a Realtor, as they are held to a higher standard of ethics. * Seller & Buyer Designations. Some Realtors choose to achieve a higher level of education, training, and knowledge, in order to help their clients buy and sell real estate. This excellence is shown with ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) & SRS (Seller's Representative Specialist) designations. This additional training and education puts certain Realtors at a huge advantage to assist their clients. * They have excellent ratings and great reviews across the internet.
