As a PSA, I also work proactively with the appraisers to ensure that your home actually sells for the contracted price. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, I always look out for my clients best interest. It’s important to always to provide the most accurate market information pertaining to each purchase transaction as well as outline possible negotiation strategies.
