Pricing is consistent for Real Estate Services. However, it is based on the needs of the client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we determine what a client desires. For buying we look to get the buyer pre-approved, unless the buyer is paying cash. We then go through the entire process with the buyer (conduct showings, write the offer, inspections, appraisal, logistics etc.) For Selling, we set up a marketing gameplan catered to the sellers needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Throughout the selling or buying process, we work with the client through every step and educate the client on all the whys.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From first time home buyers to all cash buyers to investors.... you name it and we are happy to help our clients sell or buy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Definitely hire a local market expert. Real Estate is ever changing and only getting more complicated with time. You need a pro by your side with every step of the process.
