What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is typically a percentage of the rental or HOA income. If it’s and an “a la carte” property management service you need, the job will be priced accordingly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Have initial conversation about what they are looking for and what we provide. If both parties feel it plus be a fit, I like to go see the property in person. Estimates can be discussed on initial call but will be finalized after seeing the building or job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelors degree, real estate salesperson license, real estate investor, real estate portfolio management.

Managing family and friends real estate portfolios.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Rebuilt decks on the exterior of a 5 unit building we manage in Haverhill. It took one week from start to finish and included permitting through the city
