Our commission costs are typical agency fees. Our services go beyond what a normal realtor offers; when customers choose us to do design work and/or project management, fees might vary.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our standard approach for accepting new clients is to arrange a session with them to determine their real estate requirements. The road will differ based on their service needs, whether they are purchasing, selling, or enlisting our team for design work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After working in the design industry for many years after graduation, it was brought to my attention that I could effectively integrate the worlds of real estate and interior design. This would inevitably help sellers recuperate long-term value in the property they own, while also helping purchasers leap off "sloppy" realtors' listings, enabling us to aid them in developing equity in their new homes.

They include, but are not limited to, First Time Home Buyers Buyers Sellers Relocation Clients Buy & Sell Clients Investors Developers We deal with customers locally, nationally, and worldwide since we are members of REALM, a luxury support community of agents with whom we collaborate to sell property globally.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are quite pleased with all of our sales and design projects. We just finished a lovely single-family home in Reading, MA, where we collaborated with the developer from floor plans to completion to create a stunning environment. We are proud to report that we sold the property in a matter of days for a record price in the community. We have several success stories like this one. The reality is that no two transactions are alike; they all have their challenges, but we pride ourselves on being solution-driven professionals who can usually find a way to get the deal done regardless of the hurdles.
