Typically, I am willing to work with you to make sure the price fits your budget. There is no one size fits all.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a phone conversation with new clients so I can understand their needs. Then I take a look at the job and provide the best possible price I can based on their requests

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working in the construction and property management trades for 10 years. I am always working to improve myself with continuing education and learning new techniques.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got into this field working for a large property management company and found they were not paying enough attention to each individual and listening to their needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers from single family homes to large commercial buildings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently helped a client with a leaky faucet in an old building with minimal access to shut offs. I was able to install new shut offs and eliminate the leaks with no interruption to the rest of the building.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Chose a provider that is willing to work with you and appreciates your Bussiness.
