I am fair & transparent with my pricing, and always happy to discuss pricing with my clients. Cost is typically job dependent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to first meet my clients, either in person or virtually, so that I can get a better understanding of their real estate needs and how I can help them achieve their goals. Future plans of action are dictated by client needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with over 100 hours of formal education, in addition to years of hands-on experience. I train and manage a full team of agents at Rise Realty, and have also taught real estate classes for prospective real estate agents.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been in sales since I graduated from Boston College in 2012. After working in software sales for a couple years, I yearned for a career change that fostered my creativity, problem solving, and desire for variety, all while helping people. After speaking with a family friend, I discovered that Real Estate was a perfect career choice- and I couldn't be happier since I took the plunge!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently sold a property off-market by connecting the buyer & seller directly, and it ended up breaking a record for highest sales price in the region! By connecting the buyer & seller directly, I ended up saving the seller some commission costs, which also helped the buyer get a slightly better deal on the property. It was a joy communicating between both parties throughout the process. We had to overcome some hurdles, and were able to navigate the sale to completion over the course of about 6 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the provider has your best interest at heart, is honest, and will work hard for you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I think the most important question to ask is: what is my goal? It's great if you know it already, but I'm also quite happy to help you figure it out!
