Coldwell Banker Premier Property Management provides property management services and professional guidance to assist owners and investors manage their portfolios. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We would love to sit down and talk about your goals and needs. We work with you to develop a customized management plan or find the perfect property for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have a team of real estate professionals licensed in 4 states. Additionally, our team members are active in State and Local real estate associations, serving as a Director for the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors, as a member of the VA Association of Realtors property management counsel and participating in the steering committee for the Housing Coalition of the Shenandoah Valley . Through education / certifications such a the VA Property Management Certification and the National C2X certification we make sure we stay on top of all the changes in the real estate market.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our team is compiled of a diverse group of professionals with various backgrounds who have all come together with the shared passion of protecting people, property and wealth.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers from all different walks of life. Whether you're building an invest portfolio for long term wealth, sorting through a major life situation a that's made you an unintentional landlord, a tenant who is working on building credit or moving to a new area. We are here to assist you with all your real estate related needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently took over management of a 30+ unit complex. The property was run down and maintenance had been neglected for years. Our team came in and has systematically renovated the property allowing us to increase rents for the owner by 25% and provide a higher quality of living for the tenants.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Work with a company that can mold their system to meet your needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know your pain points. Think about what part of the management of your property you really don't want to deal with...is it maintenance or the financial management or dealing with tenants? Make sure the property manager you choose excels in the areas that are going to put you most at ease.
