What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The more properties, the better deal I can give. The higher the rent would be for a tenant placement, the better the deal we can give as well. I am in the referral business, my only goal is to give our clients/tenants the best service out there...I know you know more investors, and I want a long term relationship that stems the entirety of your investments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually we like to check out the property, take pictures, get everything signed so we have permission to market the property for placement. Once we find a tenant you approve, we will do the management contract and get the awesome new tenant moved in and go from there. I make it very easy...best thing to do is to meet, see if it's a good fit and go from there!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Best education/training you can have is experience. I have worked with 1000's of tenants before, and been in 1000's of homes in my close to 10 years of experience. I and my team are investors as well, so we don't recommend a tenant/home that we wouldn't have ourselves. I firmly believe we are the best professional in your corner, as the buffer between your investment and the tenants.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every single type of client you can think of. One property investors, all the way up to investors with 12,000 homes across the country. I love everyone that does real estate investing, it's our passion!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I got a rental listing in Minneapolis, close to lake Harriet...didn't even have it marketed yet, and my property manager brought a tenant over the day we were taking pictures...(prospective tenant was floating around looking for places with my manager, and was interested in seeing this one.) Had the place rented in 1 hour...everyone was so happy...Gods' works are great!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Know that most of them allow for non-exclusive tenant placement agreements...so they can have 100 different companies trying to locate and fight for a tenant for them. (I always win the competition :)) Make sure that the person doing the work is getting compensated by the company enough to make sure your placement matters...if they are working on 10 others...where is the time to you show your property? Find out if they have investments of their own...good indicator on if they will just try to push someone in to get paid or actually treat it like it's their own.
