Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Are you a buyer? If so, there are no fees from my real estate services. I don’t get paid until I find you a home. This assures I work hard for my clients. Are you a seller? Typical fees can range from 4 to 6% of the home sale price. This is determined from visiting the home and understanding goals. Setup a call or meeting and let’s get started!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I setup a meeting to discuss what your goals are, then setup a strategic guide to how we will get there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of Minnesota. Minnesota requires continuing educational courses throughout the year to help keep all agents sharp. In addition to that I stay up to date with meetings and workshops. I have a background in IT which helps when it comes to the tech savvy needs of my real estate career.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started with buying my own duplex/home as an investment and I lived in it for a while. I quickly realized I would be an awesome real estate agent when I began managing my rental property and was mistaken for the real estate agent because of my attention to customer service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked and consulted with: first time home buyers, 2nd home purchase, 3rd time home buyer, and real estate investors. I also speak Spanish fluently.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure they are there to serve you. Make sure their communication and customer service are top notch. Make sure they are educating you throughout the process and explain all your options.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
They should have a solid idea of their financial situation before things get rolling. After that leave it up to the professional. After all, thats what I am here for :)
