Twin Cities Property People, an accredited Better Business Burera company provides full service property management services to owners with properties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding areas. We provide our owners with tenant placement and full service property management, vacant home inspections as well as lawn care/snow removal services. Some of the items included in the full service property management services are... -Rent Collections -Past rent collections, payment arrangements -Handle any Maintenace requests -Handle all tenant relation issues and concerns -Home inspections as required (move-in, pre move-out, move-out & quarterly) -Disburse security deposits as required by law -Assist with any eviction proceedings if necessary -Assist with licensing requirements for your home We have our own in-house maintenance individuals who can handle most items at a low hourly rate, and if you need someone licensed we have a group of vetted individuals (plumbers, electricians, etc.). We are not a big corporate management company who have no clue who your tenants are, who don't understand your properties but instead we are a technology forward company who is aware of what is going on in the market and ensure your properties & tenants are well taken care of. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer competitive transparent pricing where we don't charge you a fee for every little service. It is a flat fee for our management services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide an in depth onboarding process for our new owners and their new properties. We ask our owners to fill out a bit of paperwork and we take care of the rest. We can also assist you with your rental license and any other documents required by the city your home is in.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed Real Estate Brokers in Minnesota. We have years of experience in both traditional real estate and property management . We are always taking continuing education classes and are up to date in the always changing rules and laws surrounding real estate & property management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

While working with other property management companies we seen first hand things that were not working, slum landlords who didn't care about the tenants and in turn tenants who didn't care about the properties. We decided then we were going to start our own property management company and ensure it is ran properly, with good tenants and good owners.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all different type of owners, whether you have 1 property or multiple properties, we want to work with you. We've worked with very hands on owners, as well as very hands off owners. We are adaptable and able to adjust to how each owner operates best.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure it is someone you're comfortable with, double check on their pricing some places have a bunch of "pop-up" fees and you have to make sure it is someone who has your best interest in mind. We don't strive to be the cheapest, we strive to be the best.
