What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

A $90 or 7% of monthly rent whichever higher and other applicable fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If possible would like to meet in person and go over our fees as well as a proposed rent. We can find a tenant fairly quick. Average lead time is 7-10 days to find a good tenant after a property is listed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Attended multiple training courses aimed for real estate agents and for investors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a variety of clients who have 1 property to more then 100 properties. We have also worked with over seas customers too.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

On average it takes 10 days or less to find good qualified tenants.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Choosing a provider who understands your specific needs is essential. The most critical process is finding a qualified tenant without compromise. For property management, it is highly recommended to select a company that provides a single point of contact for both tenant placement and property management. In some organizations, these functions are managed by separate teams, which can lead to issues such as miscommunication and finger-pointing, where one team might blame the other for tenant-related problems. Ensuring a seamless and coordinated approach is vital. I have seen companies where these two functions are operated by two different groups within an organization and therefore, I saw pointing fingers to each other like “you are the one who placed this tenant, not us!”
