I take pride in finding quality, responsible tenants who pay their rent on time. If a tenant vacates for any reason, I will replace them for free. Our service department is top notch. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The leasing fee is the first month's rent, which we collect directly from the tenant. The management fee is between 8 and 10 percent of the monthly rent, depending on the property and landlord needs. We are not the cheapest but we are the best! Beware of the cheapest guys in town.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically first meet at your property to determine a rental price. This gives us a good chance to meet and to discuss more details about our services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Missouri, and I've lease hundreds of houses, condos and apartments.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Real Estate runs in my family. My mother was a Title Closer for many years and my father was a General Contractor building many houses. I grew up around real estate and grew to enjoy seeing people move forward in their lives. After graduating from the University of Missouri- Columbia I was helping flip houses then decided to become a full time realtor and property manager.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently market, leased and managed a home within 2 weeks. The communication between owner, I and the office support team was flawless allowing for such a short timeline to get everything completed. I am happy to have a good office team supporting me along the way with each property I continue to manage.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Choose someone who will answer the phone and someone who will not run from problems or issues. You want someone who will treat your property as if it were their own.
