A $90 or 7% of monthly rent whichever higher and other applicable fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If possible would like to meet in person and go over our fees as well as a proposed rent. We can find a tenant fairly quick. Average lead time is 7-10 days to find a good tenant after a property is listed.

For property management, it is highly recommended to select a company that provides a single point of contact for both tenant placement and property management. In some organizations, these functions are managed by separate teams, which can lead to issues such as miscommunication and finger-pointing, where one team might blame the other for tenant-related problems. Ensuring a seamless and coordinated approach is vital. I have seen companies where these two functions are operated by two different groups within an organization and therefore, I saw pointing fingers to each other like “you are the one who placed this tenant, not us!”
