What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I work strictly on commission. I earn my commission once sellers listed property is sold. I also earn my commission once I complete my fiduciary duty of helping buyer secure and close home that matches their buying criteria.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet with customer, go over their goals, and expectations of me. I also like to go over and complete buyers agency agreement, after that we get the ground running to complete customer goals in a timely manner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my bachelor in Business Administration, and I also have my Missouri real estate license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started investing in property and helping my mom fix and flip homes, and decided doing real estate full time is the best transition for me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with any and everyone, all walks of life, I love to meet new clients, and help them accomplish their goals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most recent project was helping a college roommate purchase his first home. I walked him through getting pre-approved, and helped him find the perfect home for him and his now wife. It only took a month, and I am very proud of this project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always recommend speaking to any agent you feel could be a good fit. It’s always value in building that rapport over the phone or face to face.
