What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

PMI Biloxi charges 10% of gross rental revenue for single-family residences, 5% for commercial property management, and between 15% and 20% for vacation rental management. There are some exceptions to these basic pricing options. Please give us a call for more information.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We would start with a quick phone call to address your immediate concerns and discuss your needs. The next step would be to visit one or all of your properties to get a more accurate feel for the marketability of the properties. Finally, we would meet with you personally to discuss your personal goals for your investment and how to best achieve them. If both parties are satisfied, we begin the work of marketing your property or portfolio!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our property managers are not only professional real estate agents, but we are consistently training and striving to be leaders in the professional real estate community.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are property investors ourselves. We believe in South Mississippi and put our money where our mouth is! We want to continue the positive development of business and services along the Gulf Coast and believe that this is a great way to do that. We are long term property owners and developers and property management is a natural extension of that.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work primarily with local and out of state property investors. From those who have a single property to those who invest full-time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask lots of questions about tenant screening and compliance with local and national regulations. These laws are continually evolving and your property manager should always be aware of the latest changes so that you don't have to be.
