It is a fast and simple process that can be done easily over the phone or during an in-person meeting. I am passionate about what I do and care about building wealth by taking care of my clients and ensuring they get the most out of their property. - Undergraduate Degree Clemson University - Graduate Degree MBA UNC Chapel Hill - Currently own 3 small businesses which make over one million dollars in combined revenue.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began a decade ago with my first investment property. I managed it myself and took on everything from day one. It was a lot at first, but I quickly got a system together and found out that I really enjoy property management!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I handle a lot of independent investor properties and manage several commercial accounts. I am excited to work with you as you entrust me with overseeing your property reaches its full potential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recantly a commercial business had all its pipes burst, the tenant called me freaking out and I was able to get both the city water department and my local handyman out within a matter of minutes! They were able to open on schedule and the crisis was averted!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't just hire any property manager, hire someone that is going to be invested in helping you acquire more rental properties and go the extra mile to show you profit and loss statements from your current positions! We do all of that and much more at MANN Property Management!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

- Are you prepared to issue a 1099 when the time comes for me to file taxes - Who is the individual responsible for managing my property. Large companies with over 2000 accounts don't spend the same amount of time/effort that we do and you will have our owner's number on speed dial. We are available 24/7 to our clients and their tenants.
