What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate commissions are always negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first contact, I will ask what your real estate needs are. Then, we will schedule a day and time to meet, either in person or virtually, and discuss the services I provide, as well as the various documents associated with the North Caroline real estate industry. Finally, you will decide whether I am the right Realtor for you and we will proceed from there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Psychology from Wake Forest Univesity. I attended Superior Real Estate School, passed the course, and passed the national and North Carolina state tests to become a licensed Realtor/Broker in the state of North Carolina.
I make it a point to continue with education and training in the real estate field in order to provide the absolute BEST for all of my clients!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Prior to my licensing, I worked for five years as a communications and transactions coordinator for multiple real estate agents. One of my responsibilities in these positions was to manage real estate closings.
What types of customers have you worked with?
First-time home buyers, sellers, renters, veterans, seniors, new construction home buyers, investment property buyers and sellers, and relocations. I also advise on home staging, renovations and remodels. I am able to provide resources for mortgages, refinancing, home insurance, home warranties, and various services you need related to your home (contractors, handymen, cleaners, etc.).
ALL residential real estate needs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
This is always changing, because I love my job and every client is important to me. There is nothing like the smile from someone on closing day!
It may be a couple of weeks, or it could be a couple of years... no matter how long it takes, I am with you every step of the way!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I believe the most important question to ask a real estate agent is what makes them stand out amongst other agents. What do they do that is different from everyone else?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about what you want in a real estate agent. Make a list of what you need from a Realtor, what your goals and dreams are, and what are deal breakers for you. Then interview professionals and find your best fit. I hope that it's me!
