Introduction

Kim's passion is contagious... She loves helping other buy and sell real estate! Her philosophy about real estate is guided by a few simple principles: Help others to succeed and you will succeed Love what you do and it will show! Success is a journey... embrace the journey! Each real estate transaction is unique and deserves individualized attention. I walk alongside my clients providing advice, guidance and support during each step of the process. The best reward is seeing clients accomplish a successful sale/ purchase... on their time schedule, at the best price the market will allow and with the fewest problems. The sense of accomplishment in a buyers or sellers face when they achieve their real estate goals is true testament of success. My passion is to help others succeed and to win.

Q&A

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a Masters in Marketing and Business Management. I also spent 16 years working in Customer service, Sales management and event planning. I was a board member of a non-profit youth organization for 3+ years. I am a top producing mentor for new agents in our firm as well as a tech specialist. I also sit on our Office's Advisory Council

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have had the privilege with working with a vast range of customers and have enjoyed helping each and everyone of them. I have worked with first time home buyers and more experienced buyers and sellers in all price points. Each customer is unique in their needs and wants. I value the opportunity to get to know them and help them achieve their goals in their time frame.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would highly recommend that you meet with the agent before previewing houses. The goal and objective of this meeting pretty much like a job interview. Make sure you want to work for that client and that client feels comfortable working for you. The home buying and selling process can get intense at times, especially in our high demand, low inventory market, and you want to be sure you have a comfort level with your agent that they are looking out for your best interest.
