Our pricing is designed to be transparent and competitive. We offer a level of service tailored to meet your needs, and we’ll walk you through any fees upfront. For clients listing with us, we provide value added services such as home staging consultations and marketing enhancements, often at no additional charge. While we don’t focus on discounts, the comprehensive nature of our service often results in quicker sales and higher returns.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, we begin with a discovery meeting, whether buyer or seller, to understand your goals, priorities, and timeline. From there, we provide a detailed market analysis, a step-by-step plan tailored to your property or search criteria, and open communication throughout the process. Whether buying or selling, we act as your guide from start to finish, offering resources like vendor recommendations, market insights, and support during key decisions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team is backed by years of real estate experience and ongoing professional development. We’ve completed advanced negotiation training, market analysis certification, and specialized courses in marketing properties. Eddie aside from building a mega agent business in multiple cities, has also led the nations #1 Keller Williams real estate office, and is an international real estate coach.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our journey into real estate started with a passion for helping families find homes that match their dreams and values. After experiencing several personal moves, we realized the power of a smooth and supportive real estate process. That inspired us to build The Marigold Team, where we focus on providing exceptional service with a family-first approach.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with a variety of clients, including first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, families looking for their forever homes, and luxury property sellers. Our team specializes in working with individuals and families who value a personal, concierge-level approach to real estate.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who listens first and talks second. Your real estate professional should be transparent, knowledgeable, and focused on your needs, not just the transaction. Ask about their strategy for achieving your goals and make sure their approach aligns with your expectations. They should not spend their time talking about themselves, they should be learning how best to support you and your goals.

Here are a few key questions to consider: What’s my primary goal: speed of sale, top dollar, or both? What’s my timeline for buying or selling? What features in a home are non-negotiable for me?
