How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began a decade ago with my first investment property. I managed it myself and took on everything from day one. It was a lot at first, but I quickly got a system together and found out that I really enjoy property management!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recantly a commercial business had all its pipes burst, the tenant called me freaking out and I was able to get both the city water department and my local handyman out within a matter of minutes! They were able to open on schedule and the crisis was averted!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't just hire any property manager, hire someone that is going to be invested in helping you acquire more rental properties and go the extra mile to show you profit and loss statements from your current positions! We do all of that and much more at MANN Property Management!

- Are you prepared to issue a 1099 when the time comes for me to file taxes - Who is the individual responsible for managing my property. Large companies with over 2000 accounts don't spend the same amount of time/effort that we do and you will have our owner's number on speed dial.
