What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Monthly Management fees 8% of Monthly rent-Min. $100 Leasing fee of 50% of 1st Full Month's rent on all new Leases.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An invitation from Owner to complete an evaluation of the Rental property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Real Estate Broker licensed in NC/SC since 2001 Qualified Broker in Charge. I have managed for several property management firms homes ranging from 350-400 homes under management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My desire to purchase and sell investments led me to want to obtain the proper credentials(Real Estate License) in order to help others. I truly enjoy property management and helping 1st time home buyers and Investors. Being in this career, I am able to do both of my favorite things.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with Homeowners that have 1 property as well as Investor groups that have many properties, condos and/or town homes. I also work with Veterans, 1st time buyers, Home buyers wanting to upgrade and Sellers that are wanting to put their homes on market for sale.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just recently updated my website, which is still a work in progress. This has been rewarding for me because of the fresh look and wealth of information being provided for my new Owners, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers shopping for our services at ADG Realty-Alicia Grace Real Estate!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are experienced in the market and have knowledge of Real Estate trends. Just because you sell property does not mean that you know how to manage property. Property management is a skill that you have to have experience to do. We definitely have that skill at ADG Realty- Alicia Grace Real Estate and we are eager for your business!

Always ask about their experience. The time it will take to lease a property and if there are any guarantees.
