What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We evaluate the property to determine market value and work with the seller to determine best options. Our team can help buy, sell or manage investment properties.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of the team has a 4 year degrees and Real Estate license with specific training in residential, commercial property, land and property management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My partner and I started out because I had multiple rental properties. We wanted to learn more about the industry. It has been a great experience and we have met so many amazing people.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Work with Residential sales and commercial. We work with investors that are building their wealth in real estate. It is one of the best ways to build wealth.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Worked with a client that wanted to buy a duplex and sell their single family home. Advised client that the first step is to secure the duplex. In this market there was no way I would advise to put their single family home on the market without some place for them to go. It worked out excellent. Found a great duplex that almost pays all the bills with one side rented, and the single family home sold 50K above list. Now time to find their next rental property.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Spend time understanding what makes the best since for you. I always ask customers where do you spend most of your time driving to and find something that is centrally located. It makes it so much less effort to be where you want to.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Determine your budget, location and what do you need to be comfortable. If you are an investor, create a plan for the next 10 years to be able to communicate your goals and then get started.
