What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do have standard pricing but very frequently we offer special rates and always take into consideration special circumstances that might require our flexibility in pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I am honest and up front with all of our clients. I want them to understand the process and exactly with we offer with our services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed NC Real Estate Broker, member of NC Association of Realtors and a Fayetteville MLS.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a receptionist for a Real Estate Company in 1998. After a short time I moved into their Rental Department. After 5 years with this company, I moved on to a larger company and remained there for 15 1/2 years. I decided that I wanted to open my own Property Management Company so that I am able to personalize our service to each client. I am able to take the time to listen to exactly what our clients needs are and adjust our service to fit accordingly.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

At Freedom Property Management, we have worked with home buyers, investors, sellers as well as landlords. We assist all types of property owners and sellers with their real estate needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My experience will help reduce the number of problems related to rental property. Those problems that can't be avoided must be solved. Our expertise will help reduce the aggravation and potentially higher expenses related to solving these problems. Please be sure your property management company understands your needs and wishes for YOUR Investment. Sometimes, large management companies want to tell you how your property should be handled.
