What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There are always discounts available on the listing side, and incentives for buyers as well, especially Veterans. Always happy to honor Vets.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I need to get to know them and their plans and motives. Me knowing that they want to buy or sell a home is good, but knowing how that plan is part of the bigger picture in their life helps me to really know how to serve them best.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have taken hours of extra training to get special designations that qualify me to serve my clients at a higher level. I am both a certified Seller Representative Specialist, (SRS) as well as an Accredited Buyer Representative. (ABR) I have also taken classes to learn how to better serve Veterans in their housing needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Family friend suggested that I might be good at it, and enjoy it, and they were right. Very grateful and blessed to do what I do, and be able to serve buyers and sellers full-time as the complete the most important transactions of their lives.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Funny thing about homes is that everyone needs them. Buyers and sellers. Condos and mansions. First time buyers and last time sellers. Downtown and no-town. Everyone needs help, and everyone gets just the help they need from me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at the past experience of the agent, and make sure you like what you see. Pay special attention to the reviews and make sure they are overwhelmingly positive. Beyond that, a personal connection with the agent is huge. You are going to be working a critically important deal with this person, and you need to make sure you like and trust them, beyond just liking their business history.
