What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will start with a consultation to make sure we are on the same page. From there we sign some paperwork and we are off to the races! Real estate moves quickly so you want someone who is eager to get you started.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I completed Key Realty Schools pre licensing course and passed the NV RE exam on the first try. I also have a masters degree in communication studies where I mastered persuasion and negotiation skills. I use these skills every day to get my clients the best price.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2020 I purchased and renovated my first house and fell in love with the entire process. When I sold my friends home in 2021 I knew the real estate industry was the place for me. Since then Ive sold about 5 million in real estate and Im just getting started.

Al types. From first time home buyers using the Home is Possible Program to multi million dollar buyers with multiple homes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always have a meeting on the phone or face to face to get a feel for them. Many people in real estate are true salespeople in it for the money. My approach is different in that I take a more human approach. I genuinely want you to find the best home for you, regardless of how much money I make on the deal.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask what their fees are, closing costs, and if they cover transaction coordinator fees.
