What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always recommend a consultation with my new clients so that I can understand their needs. It is very important for me to know what their needs and wants are so that I can make sure my clients are getting what they are looking for.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I first started in investing into Real Estate then decided to go full time. I have ran multiple corporate companies in the past and started multimillion dollar business in manufacturing in the past. Now I help my wife with her beauty business and I focus on helping families and investors with their Real Estate needs and also continue investing into Real Estate for ourselves.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All type, Buyers, Sellers, Investors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Interview with multiple Real Estate Agents and see who you feel most comfortable with. Make sure they are here to help you for your best interest at heart and not just someone just here to get a commission check. Since Real Estate is not my only source of income I can 100% focus on my clients interest and am in no hurry in waiting for deal to close.
