Our services and fees are tailored to the needs of our Clients. Typical fees include: - NO SET UP FEE - DISCOUNT-Monthly Property Management Fee: 7% of rent collected - Leasing Fee ( Tenant Procurement): $500 Flat fee We discount for multiple properties. We understand while we keep our prices as low as possible, others may offer a lower price and we are OK with this because we do not compromise on our excellent service to be the lowest price in the Industry. We may discuss fees and come to an agreement. We recommend investment property Owner’s thoroughly research for the quantity and quality of services needed first, and not only consider lowest price to determine your property management company. We also believe, "you get what you pay for."

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Jason is the Owner/Broker of Orange Realty Group. He established Orange Realty Group, LLC in 2009 and has since been joined by a remarkable team of over 65 agents whom are among the best in the industry. Jason also expanded the company and opened a property management division, which has grown to successfully manage over 400 properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Mattson believes his contribution and obligation as a broker and owner is to instill good ethics and smart business practices to his staff, agents and clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Why do property investors decide to use Orange Realty Group property management? Most of our clients don’t have the time or desire to become expert property managers. They also do not have extensive knowledge of Nevada Landlord-Tenant law, state and federal fair housing laws, disclosure requirements, tenant screening practices, rent collection, in-house maintenance and vendor contractor coordination, and lease administration – all of which are required for successful management of residential rental property. We do all this, and Property Owners continue to stay with us because we provide top services. We hire the best people in the Industry, and are committed to always providing top performance. We are a culture of actively engaged people producing extraordinary results! We recommend investment property Owner’s should thoroughly research for the quantity and quality of service needed first, and not strictly consider lower prices to determine the selection of a property management company. Low prices could be forcing other firms to make up for slim margins by overloading their staff and property managers with more work and as many properties as they can (or can't) handle. Fully investigate a property management company to insure there is adequate staff, and they are not taking shortcuts in regards to the services expected. For instance, what are people saying about them in Yelp, Facebook, Google? Are they members of the BBB, what is their rating? Price should be considered only when you know the property management firm will provide quality services tailored to your needs.
