What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge 9% of the monthly rent. We only collect our fee when we are paying our client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first meet with the client at the property to do a walk through to make sure we will be a good fit with the property. We love offering move-in ready, clean properties to Las Vegas residents. We take a lot of pride in the selection that we offer. If the property is a good fit, then we send over the management agreement for signature. Once it is signed, we get the keys and hit the ground running. First, we get estimates to make the unit "rent-ready." Once ready, we hire the photographer and begin marketing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Mercedes Twigger, the Broker/ Owner of the office, has been in the real estate industry since she was 19 years old. She believes real estate is the best investment!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with residential landlords and tenants.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a homeowner who was distraught and was not sure where to begin to get their house rented. We assisted them with selecting new floors, paint colors, and minor changes to present the unit in incredible shape. A qualified tenant was placed in less than three weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Call the company and see if they return calls.
