What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed REALTOR in the state of Nevada. This allows me to buy, sell, lease, and exchange real estate. The specialized training and certifications that I have are: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Military and Veteran Housing Certification (MVHC).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a landlord, then I became a house flipper. I love real estate so much that I quit my job as an accounting supervisor and became a full-time REALTOR.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I like working with buyers and sellers that are motivated and able to make a decision.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every client and transaction is special and unique. I am fond of them all. I stick with it until my client is happy and the transaction is closed.

Be realistic. You can't live in Summerlin if your monthly budget is $1,000. You have to live where you can afford to live.
