What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

As a Buyer, you do not pay directly to a Real Estate agent for services. The Seller of the home will provide the Seller’s agent and Buyer’s agent with the commission.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to get to know the new client as much as time allows. I have a wonderful hand out that I give to new clients, just to get a feel for their personality.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years! I have a Real Estate license, a degree in Biology, and a heavy pour in bartending.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had tons of friends who were buying homes. I referred so many to other Realtors. I thought this would be a great fit for my personality and work ethic.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with everyone under the sun; gay married couples, newlyweds, empty nesters, unmarried couples, singles, grandparents looking to downsize.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I like to use Pinterest, I have a 6 year old son who loves to craft and create things. More or less it usually takes a weekend to finish our projects. Recently, we bought a fixer upper home, and renovated the entire home in 3 months. Phew!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have your interest at heart, be fair, honest, and helpful.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Talking with a lender is the first step to a buying home. Creating a budget on what you can afford. Finding a capable Real Estate agent to help them with questions about the biggest purchase of their lives.
