What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For both real estate staging as well as my design services, the initial consultation is $275 for up to 2 hours and $165 for each additional hour. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In order to ready a property for sale, Deirdre starts the process with a home consultation during which she will assess, make recommendations and help both Sellers and Real Estate Sales Professionals begin the process of transforming the home into a market-ready property. At the end of the consultation visit, the home seller will be prepared with a room-by-room action plan and checklist of priorities.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified home stager and as well as a licensed real estate salesperson with a background of over twenty-five years in luxury design and construction management, I provide stylish, savvy, design-rich solutions for every aspect of the home with a great appeal to both the homeowner as well as the real estate buyer. With traditional design principals and a keen eye for detail along with an extensive knowledge of the property market, Deirdre has earned her reputation as invaluable to sellers and real estate agents.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research, read reviews and carefully consider pricing. In my experience, stagers whose provide rock-bottom pricing on their proposals also provide low-caliber service: proposals should be thorough and thoughtful, and contracts should be clear and detailed to provide the best experience for both parties.
