We are a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker with 15+ years of experience, MBA in Business from Fordham University. Further, we partnered with an industry leader, Real Property Management in which we leverage the standards, up-to-date best practices, and have an experienced team with specific skill-sets to get things done.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We acquired our initial property management experience as many have done, self-managing our own properties. Learning from our mistakes, we hired property managers, which led us to become professional property managers.

We work with investors and property owners that own a single property, multiple properties, townhouses, and co-ops, and mixed-use (storefronts and tenant combinations).
