What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on the industry standard. However our marketing is second to none and we have complete control over the commissions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our team believes its best to find out what the clients goal are before we meet in person. We will perform a diagnostic market analysis where we create a Comparable Market Price of the home being sold and/or purchased. Our clients are shown the greatest possibly scenario's as they will know exactly what to expect with the transaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have earned a BA in Liberal Arts and Education Early Childhood. I have Real Estate licenses in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New York.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked as a Business Development Manger with HSBC Bank and Wells Fargo before deciding to get a real estate license. I enjoyed both sides of the transaction however I felt my talents were best served with hands on experiences in selling the home versus finding the mortgage for a new home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone who can be patient, honest, friendly, and someone who you enjoy speaking with often. The person you hire has to overcommunicate to ensure the client is updated weekly. Relationships are very important in building trust and confidence.

A client should determine how much they will need to sell their home or purchase a new one. Clients should have proper expectations by doing their own due diligence by looking at homes alike to determine if their home their expectations are realistic.
